The agreement between you and Hashtag when you order sticker packs or custom printing.

Orders
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We may cancel an order (and refund anything paid) if a price or item was shown in error, payment isn’t completed, or the artwork breaks the rules below.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and are checked again when you place the order. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payment options and their rules are described in our payment policy.
Your designs and photos
- You confirm you own, or have permission to use, anything you upload, and that printing it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.
- You keep ownership of your artwork. You allow us to use it only to produce and deliver your order.
- We may refuse artwork that is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Colours on screen can differ slightly from print. Low-resolution images may print less sharply.
Custom printing quotes
A quote is valid until the date shown on it. Accepting a quote places an order on these Terms. Custom-made items are produced to your specification.
Delivery, returns and refunds
We deliver within Sri Lanka. See our delivery policy and return and refund policy.
Our designs
Hashtag sticker designs, photos and website content belong to Hashtag. You may not copy or resell them without permission.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Sri Lankan law. Otherwise, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Privacy and marketing
How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Accepting these Terms does not sign you up for marketing; that is always a separate, optional choice.
