What to expect when you order from Hashtag.
Payment policy
We accept payments through the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed. Please make sure your order details and contact information are correct before completing your payment.
Delivery policy
We currently deliver orders within Sri Lanka.
Orders will be prepared after payment confirmation and dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the delivery service.
Once your order has been handed over to the delivery service, delivery delays may be outside of Hashtag’s control.
Return & refund policy
As our stickers and custom products may be prepared specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
After reviewing the issue, Hashtag may offer a replacement or another suitable solution where applicable.
