Ordering
How do I order stickers from Hashtag?
Choose a 12, 24 or 48 sticker pack, fill every slot with our designs or your own artwork, add it to your cart and check out. For 50 or more copies of your own design, request a sticker printing quote instead.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest and track your order with your order number and the email or phone number you used. An account keeps your orders, quotes and addresses in one place.
Can I order more than one pack?
Yes. Your cart can hold up to 10 packs, each with its own mix of stickers, and they ship together.
How do I track my order?
Use Track order with your order number and the email or phone number from checkout. You also get email updates as your order moves along.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until production starts: while it is awaiting payment, payment review or confirmation. You can cancel from the tracking page. After that, contact us.
Sticker packs
How much do sticker packs cost?
12 stickers for LKR 1,800, 24 stickers for LKR 3,200, 48 stickers for LKR 5,500. The price is the same whether you choose our designs, your own or a mix.
Can I add the same sticker more than once?
Yes. Choose any quantity of a design, as long as the total fills the pack exactly.
Do I have to fill the whole pack?
Yes. Each pack is printed with exactly 12, 24 or 48 stickers, so every slot needs a design before it can go in the cart. Unfinished packs are saved so you can come back to them.
Custom designs
Can I put my own designs or photos in a pack?
Yes. Upload your own artwork in the pack builder: up to 4 in a 12-sticker pack, 8 in a 24-sticker pack or 12 in a 48-sticker pack, and fill the rest with our designs if you like.
What files can I upload?
PNG, JPG or WEBP images up to 8 MB each. For bulk printing quotes you can also send PNG, JPG, WEBP, PDF or ZIP files up to 20 MB.
Do custom designs cost extra in a pack?
No. A pack costs the same whatever mix of our designs and your own you choose.
Printing and bulk orders
What is the minimum order for custom sticker printing?
50 stickers of your design. For fewer, add your design to a sticker pack instead.
How does a sticker printing quote work?
Send the quantity, size, shape, finish and your artwork. A person reviews it and emails you a quote, usually within 1–2 working days. The quote shows its price, delivery charge and expiry date, and you accept it online to place the order.
What shapes and finishes can I request?
You can ask for die-cut, circle, square, rectangle or a custom shape, in a matte, gloss, transparent or holographic finish. We confirm what’s possible for your design in the quote.
Do you print stickers for businesses and events?
Yes. Request a quote for logo stickers, packaging and thank-you stickers, event or team stickers, with your own artwork.
Payment
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to LKR 1,500. Printing quotes are paid by bank transfer.
How does bank transfer work?
After you place the order you see our bank details (they are also emailed to you). Transfer the total, then upload a photo or PDF of the receipt from your order page. We confirm the order once we have checked the payment.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver orders within Sri Lanka.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is LKR 450 per order, and free when your packs total LKR 5,000 or more. Printing quotes include their own delivery charge.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed and dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service.
What if my stickers arrive damaged or wrong?
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and clear photos. After reviewing it we may offer a replacement or another suitable solution. We don’t accept returns for change of mind, because packs are made to order.
